When confronted with problems, we tend to obsessively analyse the problem. Especially if you suffer from anxiety. You keep thinking of something that went wrong and you forget about the now; you miss out on the now.


As difficult as it is, whether you suffer from anxiety or not, it is possible to spend your energy on moving forward. Every person’s path will be different, but it can be achieved. When you get to know yourself better, you will be able to know when to choose your battles. In your own way, you’ll be able to spend your energy wisely and stay focused on what’s important to you.
